Yoga Reduces Anxiety in Teenagers

Results of a study that was published in the Journal of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics confirmed that Yoga reduces anxiety in teenagers. The study included 51 students, half of which participated in a yoga practice while the other half participated in other forms of exercise. The group who participated in yoga performed better on follow-up psychological evaluations.
