Check out this wonderful new product that helps individuals (including parents and children with anxiety) remain positive! It's called the "I Like Book" and it is a journal designed for recording all of the things that someone likes. Different versions of the book are available for adults, children, and couples.

Risk Factors for Anxiety Disorders

Certain factors can increase a persons risk of developing an anxiety disorder. Knowing these risk factors will help any parent who suspects that their child might be displaying signs of childhood anxiety. Age, gender, family history and a variety of other factors can all influence a child's risk of having an anxiety disorder later in life.
